You lay it out, we print it. Pick a length on the 22-inch roll, upload one PNG, and it prints today. This is the fastest route from a finished file to a finished transfer, and it’s how most of our repeat customers order.
File specs — get these right and nothing else goes wrong
- PNG, transparent background. Anything that isn’t transparent prints. A white box around a logo prints as a white box.
- 300 DPI at actual size. If the sheet is 22×60, the file is 22×60 inches at 300 DPI — 6600×18000 pixels. Upscaled 72 DPI art prints soft. We can’t fix that after the fact.
- sRGB. CMYK files convert on the press and shift. Keep it sRGB and what you see is close to what you get.
- Leave a quarter inch between designs. Less than that and cutting them apart gets tedious. There is no rule against packing tighter; you’re the one holding the scissors.
- Nothing thinner than 1 pt, no text under 6 pt. Fine lines and tiny type don’t hold on film. Bold it up.
How to size it
Every sheet is 22 inches wide. You pick the length. Price is per inch of length, and it’s the same per-inch rate on every size — a 22×120 costs exactly twice a 22×60. Long sheets aren’t cheaper per inch; they just save you shipping.
Rough guide for the common jobs: a 22×12 fits four to six left-chest logos. A 22×24 takes two full front prints. A 22×60 holds a dozen adult fronts or forty pocket logos. If you’re doing a team order of 30 shirts front-and-back, you’re around 22×120 to 22×144.
Pressing
300°F, 12 seconds, firm pressure. Cold peel — let it cool to room temperature before you lift the film. Press again 5 seconds through parchment or a Teflon sheet to set it. Works on cotton, poly, blends, canvas, denim. Full settings and fabric notes in the heat press guide.

Something wrong with the file?
We check every upload before it goes to press. If the resolution is too low, the background isn’t transparent, or the file doesn’t match the size you ordered, we’ll email you before printing rather than send you something you can’t use. That’s a fifteen-minute delay, not a day.
