These terms govern your use of atlanticdtf.com and every order you place with Atlantic DTF, a brand of Humax Global Ltd (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t order — we’d rather lose the sale than have a dispute.
1. What we sell
Direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers printed to order from artwork you supply, plus any related supplies listed on the site. We print; we don’t design, and we don’t apply transfers to garments.
2. Your artwork
You keep every right in the artwork you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process and print it solely to fulfil your order, and to keep it on file so you can reorder. We don’t use your artwork for anything else, and we don’t show it to anyone else.
By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce the artwork. You are responsible for what you print. We don’t review files for trademark, copyright, licensing or publicity rights, and we can’t. If a rights-holder comes to us, we’ll cooperate and pass the matter to you. You agree to cover any loss we suffer because your artwork infringed someone’s rights.
We may refuse to print anything, at our discretion, and refund the order. We will refuse anything that is unlawful, that incites violence, or that is obviously counterfeit. We don’t police taste.
3. Orders and pricing
An order is accepted when we email confirmation. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We can correct an obvious pricing error before shipping, and we’ll offer you a refund if you’d rather not proceed at the corrected price. Prices can change; the price you paid is the price you paid.
4. Production and delivery times
Same-day printing applies to orders placed by the cutoff time shown on the site on a business day, with print-ready files. Transit times on the shipping page are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We aren’t liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or a file that needed correcting. Where we’ve quoted a specific delivery date in writing for a specific order, we’ll honour it or refund shipping.
5. Returns, reprints and refunds
Governed by our Refund & Reprint Policy, which forms part of these terms. Custom-printed goods are not returnable except as that policy provides.
6. Color and appearance
Printed color will differ from screen color. Variations within commercially reasonable tolerance are not a defect. If exact color matters, order a sample first.
7. Application
Our press settings are recommendations based on our film and typical equipment. Results depend on your press, your garments and your technique, which we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for garments damaged during application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, a missed event, a customer you lost — even if we were told about it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think it’s been compromised.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before either of us starts legal proceedings, we agree to try to resolve the dispute by talking — email us, and we’ll respond within 5 business days. If that fails, disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here stops you from bringing a claim in small-claims court where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
