What Richmond orders
Richmond is a print town with a lot of small shops in it — Scott’s Addition, the Fan, Carytown, Manchester — and a lot of them press their own shirts. The orders we see from RVA break down roughly like this: brewery and restaurant merch (short runs, reorders every few weeks), VCU and UR student-org shirts (one design, mixed sizes, tight deadline), 5K and race-day tees for the Monument Avenue 10K and the Richmond Marathon, church and school runs out of Henrico and Chesterfield, and the Folk Festival and RIR weekends that need a hundred shirts by Friday.
What those have in common: the deadline is real and the design is usually one or two colours. That’s a gang sheet job, and it’s what we’re built for.
Transit, honestly
Richmond city, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Petersburg, Mechanicsville, Midlothian, Glen Allen, Short Pump: one business day ground. Order Monday before cutoff, press Tuesday. Order Thursday, press Friday. Order Friday after cutoff and it prints Monday, arrives Tuesday — we don’t run the press on weekends and we’d rather say so than promise otherwise.

Reorders that match
A brewery that orders forty shirts in March and forty more in June needs the June batch to look like the March batch. Same press, same film, same ink profile, every day — your files stay on your order history, and a reorder is one click. That’s the thing a local print shop can’t always promise when they’ve switched suppliers between runs.
