Atlantic DTF prints custom transfers in Virginia for people who press shirts for a living — or for a side business, a team, a school, a church, a one-off run of forty.
Why we exist
Most DTF shops have solved printing. Same-day print is normal now. What they haven’t solved is the part after: the transfer sits in an economy shipment for a week while your customer asks where their shirts are.
We put the press where the customers are. From Virginia, ground shipping reaches most of the East Coast in one to two days at ground prices. Not overnight rates — ground. That’s the whole idea. Print same-day, ship same-day, arrive before the weekend.
What we don’t do
We don’t design. We print transfers, we press them onto garments if you’d rather not, and we sell the blanks they go on — Gildan, Comfort Colors, Core 365. What we won’t do is pretend to be a design studio: if you need a designer, we’ll happily point you at a few.
How we print
Industrial DTF press, 22-inch roll, water-based pigment ink, white underbase on every transfer, hot-melt powder applied and cured in-line. The same film, ink and profile every day, which is why a reorder in March matches the one from January. We check every file before it prints and we email you if something’s off rather than printing it wrong.
Who’s behind it
Atlantic DTF is a brand of Humax Global Ltd. Production runs from our partner press in Virginia. Customer support is a person with a heat press within arm’s reach, so when you ask why a transfer lifted, you get an answer from someone who’s had it happen.
