Everything ships from our regional print centre. Order on a business day and it prints and ships the same day; anything placed after the last carrier pickup goes out the next business day.
How long it takes
Two clocks, added together. Ours: the order prints and leaves the press the same business day. The carrier’s: the transit window you pick at checkout, in business days, not counting the day it ships.

Virginia, Maryland, DC and the Carolinas are the shortest carrier leg from the press, so Standard tends to land at the early end of its window there. We quote the carrier’s window, not the best case — if it arrives sooner, good.

Free Economy on $50+ is the real rate, not a promotion. Standard is for the job that’s due this week. Both are carrier transit times after your order leaves the press; weights are the packed parcel, and a transfer order almost never passes 1 lb.
Press hours
- The press runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Orders placed outside press hours print the next business day.
- Orders placed Friday after press hours, Saturday or Sunday print Monday.
- We don’t print on federal holidays. If a holiday falls on a press day, we’ll say so on the cart page that week.
Packaging
Sheets up to 22×60 ship flat in a rigid mailer. Longer sheets ship rolled in a tube — film side out, so the transfers don’t crease. Either way, keep them flat or rolled and out of direct sun until you press. Film stored properly is good for a year.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints. If it hasn’t moved in two business days, tell us and we’ll chase the carrier so you don’t have to.
Damaged in transit
Creased film, crushed tube, water damage — photograph it before you open it fully and send the photo to contact within 3 days of delivery. We reprint and reship. We don’t make you argue with the carrier.
Where we ship
All 50 states, APO/FPO, and US territories. Not international at the moment.
