These are carrier ground transit estimates from our press in Virginia. Business days, not counting the day it ships. Weather and carrier volume can add a day in December.

If you’re west of the Mississippi, ground will take three to five days. It still ships same-day; it just has further to go. We’re honest about that rather than pretending Virginia is in the middle of the country.

Free Economy on $50+ is the real rate, not a promotion. Standard is for the job that’s due this week. Both are carrier transit times after your order leaves the press; weights are the packed parcel, and a transfer order almost never passes 1 lb.
Press hours, cutoff and pickup
- The press runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Orders after 2 PM ET print the next business day.
- Pickup is open 24/7. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect in Chantilly, VA whenever suits you once we email that it’s ready.
- Orders placed Friday after cutoff, Saturday or Sunday print Monday.
- We don’t print on federal holidays. If a holiday falls on a press day, we’ll say so on the cart page that week.
Packaging
Sheets up to 22×60 ship flat in a rigid mailer. Longer sheets ship rolled in a tube — film side out, so the transfers don’t crease. Either way, keep them flat or rolled and out of direct sun until you press. Film stored properly is good for a year.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints. If it hasn’t moved in two business days, tell us and we’ll chase the carrier so you don’t have to.
Damaged in transit
Creased film, crushed tube, water damage — photograph it before you open it fully and send the photo to contact within 3 days of delivery. We reprint and reship. We don’t make you argue with the carrier.
Where we ship
All 50 states, APO/FPO, and US territories. Not international at the moment.
