Before you write — the three questions we get most
- “Will this file print OK?” — PNG, transparent background, 300 DPI at print size. If it’s that, yes. If you’re unsure, upload it anyway; we check every file before pressing and email you if something’s off.
- “When will it arrive?” — Ships same day if ordered by 2 PM ET. Transit by state.
- “It didn’t stick.” — Nine times out of ten, peeled warm. Checklist here. If that’s not it, send a photo and we’ll sort it.
Problem with an order
Send the order number and a photo of the issue. That’s all we need to start a reprint. Policy here, but the short version is: if we got it wrong, we fix it.
