Two inks. Dark ink for sand, cream, heather and light olive; light ink for black, forest and charcoal. The badge shape looks right on a pocket-tee colour like sand or olive.
9 to 10 inches on a back or front. There’s fine detail — tent seams, van windows, the small text — so don’t go under 8 on an adult. It also makes a 3.5-inch left-chest patch if you accept that the small words become texture.
