The 2400 is the long-sleeve version of the Ultra Cotton line: 6 oz 100% cotton, rib-knit cuffs, taped neck. It shows up in fall team orders, work-crew runs, and anywhere a sleeve print makes sense — a 3-inch design down the forearm is a good use of this shirt.
Blank, folded. Standard press settings. For sleeve prints, use a pressing pillow or a sleeve platen so the seam doesn’t lift the transfer.
Cotton and blends: 300°F, 12 seconds, firm pressure, cold peel, then 5 seconds through parchment. Performance poly: 280°F, 15 seconds. Fleece: 300°F, 15 seconds with a 5-second pre-press. Full fabric table on the heat press guide.
Cold. Let the film cool to room temperature before lifting it. Peeling warm is the number-one cause of a failed transfer.
