The Softstyle is the 3000’s softer sibling: 4.5 oz ring-spun cotton, a slightly slimmer cut, and a retail hand that boutique customers notice. Heathers are cotton/poly. Presses at standard settings; the lighter fabric means pre-press it five seconds to flatten before the transfer goes down.
Blank, folded. The usual pick when the shirt itself is part of the sell.
Cotton and blends: 300°F, 12 seconds, firm pressure, cold peel, then 5 seconds through parchment. Performance poly: 280°F, 15 seconds. Fleece: 300°F, 15 seconds with a 5-second pre-press. Full fabric table on the heat press guide.
Cold. Let the film cool to room temperature before lifting it. Peeling warm is the number-one cause of a failed transfer.
