The Gildan 3000 is the shirt most of the transfers we print end up on. 5.3 oz 100% cotton (heathers are cotton/poly), classic boxy fit, taped neck and shoulders, and a price that leaves room for margin on a team order. It presses at standard settings — 300°F, 12 seconds, cold peel — and the cotton takes the ink flat and even.

Cold. Let the film cool to room temperature before lifting it. Peeling warm is the number-one cause of a failed transfer.
